How to draw a floor plan in a few minutes
Start with the biggest room: use Quick rectangle and type its width and depth, or pick Draw and click its corners. Add the next room against it — corners and walls snap together, so shared walls join up and move together. Click any wall to type its measured length, drag a wall to push it, and double-click a wall to add a corner for L-shaped rooms. Then place doors and windows on the walls, give each room its name, and download the plan as PNG or SVG with the total area in the title block.

Is it really free?
Yes. No signup, no watermark and no limit on plans. It runs in your browser, so it costs nothing to offer. The small pixly.app line under the plan can be switched off in Style.
How do I get the sizes right?
Measure each wall with a tape or laser measure, then click the wall in the plan and type the length. Quick rectangle takes a room's width and depth directly. Areas are worked out from the shape as you go, per room and in total.
How accurate is the plan?
As accurate as the measurements you type. Walls are drawn to the centimetre, but a hand-measured plan is still approximate, so every download says so. Use it to show a layout, not for legal or valuation purposes.
Can I use feet and inches?
Yes. Switch Units to ft in Style and type lengths like 12' 6". The plan can be switched between metres and feet at any time; nothing is lost.
Can I draw a house with several floors?
Yes. Add a floor with the + next to the floor names; each floor is drawn and downloaded on its own. Stairs, doors, windows, openings and text labels can be placed on any floor.
Can I use it in a property listing?
Yes — download the PNG and add it next to the photos. The title block shows the address you type, the floor, the total area and a note that the plan is approximate. Check your portal's rules for floor plans before you publish.
