What is a land marker on a listing photo?

A photorealistic 3D monument — price, lot size or custom text — composited onto an empty-plot photo. Pixly does it in seconds for 1 credit. The architecture and camera angle stay.

Is this the same as Landmark drop?

No. Land Marker is the still. Landmark drop is the video of that marker falling onto the lot. Two URLs on purpose so the photo query and the reel query do not compete.

Is this the free property-lines tool?

No. Property lines draws a boundary overlay you sketch yourself, in the browser, for free. Land Marker generates a 3D object in the photo. Different product, different URL.

Do I need to disclose a marked photo on the MLS?

Treat it like any digitally edited listing photo. Most boards allow it when you label the image. The lot itself is unchanged; only a marker is added.

Can I use the same marker in a Landmark drop video?

Yes. That is the intended path: make the still here, then animate the drop. The label format is shared so $1,200,000 reads the same in both.
