    Floor Plan Render

    • Turn a picture of any floor plan into a polished furnished 2D plan or a 3D isometric view: a hand sketch, a brochure page, a blueprint or a screenshot.
    • The layout stays as drawn and nothing is added outside it; written measurements are left off so a render never shows a wrong size.
    • Renders come out at 2048 px. A picture that is not a floor plan is refused and not charged.
    • 1 credit a render, in the app at Photo AI → Floor Plan Render, and through MCP and the API as render_floor_plan.

    Floor plans: a realistic style, curved walls and the garden

    • A new Realistic style draws the plan like a brochure: photo wood, tile and stone floors, dark walls with soft shadows, and lifelike furniture seen from above. It is free, downloads included.
    • Curved walls with doors and windows on them, railings for balconies, open-plan divisions, and double, pocket, bi-fold and garage doors.
    • Draw the plot round the house and furnish the garden: pool, hot tub, car, trees, garden table and sun loungers. The plot's area is added under the plan.
    • A measuring tool, a turn handle on furniture, and quick actions right beside whatever you select. Downloads now come with a free account, which also keeps your plans.

    Floor plans: styles, furniture and your brand

    • Seven looks for a plan, from a black-and-white technical drawing to warm, Scandinavian, elegant and blueprint, with wood, tile and other floor finishes.
    • 33 pieces of furniture in clean line or soft colour, placed, turned and resized on the plan; an iPhone LiDAR scan brings back the furniture it saw.
    • With any Pixly subscription, your logo, brand colour and font go on every plan, new ones included.
    • Set the thickness of any wall and move it in 1 cm steps; walls now join cleanly in the technical and blueprint looks. A new editor lays out everything you click at the top of the panel, on any screen size.

    Scan a room with your iPhone

    • The Pixly iPhone app measures rooms: iPhone Pro models scan the room on their own, and every other iPhone measures by tapping each corner of the floor.
    • Fix walls, corners, doors, windows and passages right in the app, then save the plan to your account and open it in the web editor.
    • Export the plan as a PDF, one A4 page per floor, or as an image. Free while floor plans are in Beta.

    • New video tool: a start photo and an optional end photo become one smooth camera move that lands exactly on the end photo.
    • Ready-made moves — orbit, walk through, push in, rise up — or your own prompt in any language.
    • Choose the model, the length (3 to 15 seconds) and whether the video has sound; the price updates as you choose.
    • Also available on the MCP server and the API. In the app at Video → Photo to Video.

    Exterior Makeover

    • Design the garden in an exterior photo as one scheme: planting, a terrace, a deck, a pool, a pergola, a fire pit, a fence or lighting — any number of them in one run, each sized to the plot.
    • Six styles — modern minimal, Mediterranean, classic English, natural low-water, tropical resort, farmhouse — or Auto, which matches the house and the climate in the photo.
    • Choose nothing and it designs the whole garden for you; or keep what is there and only add to it. The house, the driveway, the neighbours and the sky never change.
    • 1 credit a photo, in the app at Photo AI → Exterior Makeover, and through MCP and the API as makeover_exterior.

    Flythrough

    • Room photos in walking order become one continuous camera move through the home: between every two rooms, a clip flies through the doorway into the next.
    • Each transition is generated on its own, as often as you like, and you pick the take the film uses.
    • Dead-end rooms get a free way back out — the same clip played backwards — and videos from your Library can be cut in.
    • The film takes the shape of your photos (16:9, 9:16 or 1:1) and is stitched for free. In the app at Video → Flythrough.

    Straighten Photo, a free tool

    • Drop a crooked photo and the leaning walls come out vertical and the horizon level, automatically. Rotate, Vertical and Horizontal sliders fine-tune it.
    • It runs in your browser: nothing is uploaded, there is no watermark, and the download keeps your photo's original size. iPhone HEIC photos work too.
    • Free at /tools/straighten-photo, and on the Tools shelf in the app.

    Seasonal Reset

    • Photograph the same property in another season: the snow comes off the ground, the roof and the branches and the garden goes into leaf, or a summer photo moves to autumn or winter.
    • What comes out from under the snow is the surface your photo already shows elsewhere — the driveway in its own material, the lawn as grass — and nothing is invented.
    • Only the deciduous planting follows the season: conifers stay green, palms and olives do not change, and the sun keeps the direction your shadows give it.
    • 1 credit a photo, in the app at Photo AI → Seasonal Reset, and through MCP and the API as reset_season.

    Restyle

    • Give a room new finishes in the photo you already have: repaint the walls, change the floor, reface the kitchen cabinets, retile a bathroom or refinish the furniture. The layout, the fittings and the camera angle stay exactly as shot.
    • Five surfaces, and several can change in one run — walls and floor together cost one credit and come back as one scheme rather than two.
    • Every surface offers Auto, twelve finishes, or a sentence in your own words, such as "warm terracotta fronts with unlacquered brass handles".
    • 1 credit a photo, in the app at Photo AI → Restyle, and through MCP and the API as restyle_room.

    HD Upscale

    • Enlarge a listing photo by up to four times with real detail — stone, knit, wood grain and window frames come back as edges rather than blur — to a maximum of 4096 px on the long edge, for print, MLS uploads and large screens.
    • Free on every result Pixly makes: open a staged room, a replaced sky or a decluttered photo and press Upscale to HD. Every paid result now has an HD version at no extra cost.
    • Your own photos upscale from the HD Upscale tool for 1 credit. Nothing in the photo changes — it is the same picture with more pixels.
    • Also available through MCP and the API as upscale_hd, and in the CLI as pixly upscale.

    Exterior Touch-up

    • One click fixes an exterior listing photo the way a retoucher would: a natural sky where it is dull, a healthy lawn where the grass is dead, a clean driveway and paths, and bins, hoses, tools and toys removed. The house, fences and plants stay as shot.
    • Each fix is applied only where the photo needs it. A good sky stays, a healthy lawn stays, and nothing is added.
    • Four switches: Sky, Lawn, Driveway & paths, Clutter. Switch one off to keep that part exactly as shot.
    • One credit. A photo that is not an exterior is refused before anything is charged. Also available through MCP and the API as touch_up_exterior.

    Lawn Replacement

    • Patchy, brown or bare grass becomes a healthy green lawn in one click. The house, driveway, paths, beds and sky stay as they are.
    • Leave it on Auto and the tool picks a lawn that fits the property, or pick one: Fresh mown, Lush, Natural, Golf green or Warm-season, in a light, medium or deep green.
    • Mowing stripes: Auto follows the style, or switch them on or off yourself.
    • One credit. A photo with no grass is refused before anything is charged. Also available through MCP and the API as replace_lawn.

    Sky Replacement

    • Grey, overcast or blown-out sky becomes a natural one in one click. The house, trees, lawn and window reflections stay as they are.
    • Leave it on Auto, or pick a sky: Clear blue, Light clouds, Dramatic clouds, Sunset, Pastel sunrise or Winter clear.
    • Sun visible: Auto follows the shadows already in the photo, or place the sun yourself by dragging it on the photo.
    • One credit. A photo with no sky is refused before anything is charged. Also available through MCP and the API as replace_sky.

    iOS 1.11 — stay signed in on a weak connection

    • A flaky network no longer signs you out and shows “No active subscription”. The app stays signed in and restores the plan on its own.
    • Starting a render on a slow connection no longer fails.

    • Virtual staging stays on /virtual-staging. The new pages do not compete with it.
    • All eight languages, with localized slugs where the search phrase is not English.
