We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your email address and name. We also collect usage data such as images you upload for AI processing, style preferences, and generation metadata, along with information about how our website and apps are used and error reports, which help us keep them working and improve them.

• Process payments, through our payment provider, or through Apple or Google Play for purchases made in the iOS or Android app

Images you upload are processed through third-party AI providers to generate redesigns, videos, and 3D worlds. Your original images and generated results are stored securely with our cloud storage provider. We do not use your images to train AI models.

Your account data and files are stored with our database and cloud storage providers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, or by Apple for purchases made in the iOS app — we do not store credit card numbers. We use HTTPS for all communications and token-based authentication to protect your account.

We share data only with service providers that help us run Pixly, in these categories:

• Payment processing
• Sign-in, authentication and database hosting
• File storage
• AI image and video processing
• Analytics and error monitoring
• Advertising measurement

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the billing period.

You can delete your Pixly account and everything in it at any time:

• In the Pixly app for iPhone or Android: open Account and tap Delete account. The deletion happens immediately.
• Or email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete it within 30 days.
• Deleting removes your account, your photos, videos and projects, and your remaining credits. It does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google Play: cancel that in your store account settings.

We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session preferences (such as your preferred language). On our website we also use analytics cookies to understand how it is used, and an advertising cookie that measures how our ads perform.
