Pages follow the order you select the images. Remove any image with the × and add it again to move it to the end.
Will the PDF be A4 or Letter size?
Neither — each page is made to match your photo exactly, so nothing is cropped and there are no white bars around the image. If you need a standard A4 or Letter page, choose “Fit to page” in your printer dialog when you print it.
