What is lawn replacement for real estate photos?

Does it change the house, the driveway or the beds?

No. Only the areas that are already grass change. The driveway, paths, mulch, gravel, plants, fence and sky keep their colour and exposure, and the lawn keeps its shape and edges.

Do I need to disclose a lawn-replaced photo on the MLS?

Treat it like any digitally edited listing photo. Most boards allow it when you label the image, for example “lawn enhanced” or “digitally enhanced”. The property itself is unchanged.

Yes. Stripes follow the style on Auto — Fresh mown and Golf green have them — or set Mowing stripes to On or Off yourself.
