What is real estate photo enhancement?

Does Enhance move furniture or change the time of day?
No. Furniture, décor, architecture and the window view stay exactly where they were. To clear clutter use Declutter. To empty the room use Remove Furniture. To turn day into dusk use Day to dusk.
Do I need to disclose an enhanced photo on the MLS?
Exposure and colour correction is ordinary listing photography. Most boards do not require a label the way they do for virtual staging. If your association is strict, mark it “digitally enhanced”. The architecture is unchanged.
Is this the same as the free image compressor?
