What is an HD upscale for real estate photos?

How big can the input be?

Any size you can upload. The output is up to four times the input and never more than 4096 px on the long edge; a photo that is already 4096 px or more is refused before anything is charged.

Is this the same as Photo Enhance?

No. Enhance fixes exposure, colour and clarity at the same resolution. HD Upscale adds resolution and changes nothing else. Run Enhance first if the photo needs both, then upscale the result for free.

Which model does it use?

A purpose-built super-resolution model, not a generative one: it reconstructs detail rather than inventing it, which is why the photo stays the photo. It takes about fifteen seconds on a typical listing photo.

Detail, not blur

A plain resize spreads the same pixels thinner. This runs a super-resolution model that reconstructs edges and texture: brick courses, roof tiles, window bars and grass read as what they are.

Nothing else changes

No colour grade, no relighting, no invented objects. It is the same photograph with more pixels, so it is safe on a photo that has already been edited or disclosed.
