  • Rooms whose furniture is worth showing. Use Declutter to clear only the mess.
  • Rooms where the fitted kitchen or wardrobes should stay, unless you pick “Movable furniture” first. By default they are removed too.

What is furniture removal on a listing photo?

Every movable piece is taken out and the floor and walls behind it are rebuilt. By default the room's own joinery — fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, bathroom fixtures — goes too; switch to “Movable furniture” to keep it. Seconds, 1 credit, same camera angle, ready to Stage.

How is this different from Declutter?

Declutter keeps the furniture and removes mess and personal items. Remove Furniture empties the room. Use Declutter when the sofa is worth showing; use this when you need a blank canvas.

Do I need to disclose an emptied photo on the MLS?

Treat it like any digitally edited listing photo. Most boards allow it when you label the image (for example “furniture removed” or “digitally enhanced”). The architecture is unchanged.

Will the fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes stay?

That is your choice. By default they are removed along with the furniture, which is what a renovation or new-build listing wants. Choose “Movable furniture” and the kitchen, wardrobes, bathroom fixtures, floor and doors all stay exactly as they are.

Can I remove furniture and then stage in a new style?

Yes. That is the intended path: empty the occupied photo, then Stage in 60+ styles, or run a Staging reveal video from the empty still. Separate modes, separate credits.
