What is furniture removal on a listing photo?

Do I need to disclose an emptied photo on the MLS?

Treat it like any digitally edited listing photo. Most boards allow it when you label the image (for example “furniture removed” or “digitally enhanced”). The architecture is unchanged.

Will built-in cabinets and the kitchen island stay?

Built-ins stay. A freestanding island usually goes with the rest of the movable furniture. If an island is structurally part of the room it is more likely to remain — check the result before you Stage.

Can I remove furniture and then stage in a new style?
