Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pixly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pixly is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that enables users to generate room redesigns, videos, and 3D worlds from property photos. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase subscriptions that include monthly credits.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Each plan includes a fixed number of credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• You can purchase additional credits at any time at the same rate as your plan.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access the Service in unauthorized ways or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. AI-generated content (redesigns, videos, 3D worlds) is licensed to you for unlimited commercial use. Pixly reserves the right to use anonymized generated content for service improvement purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results are approximations and may not accurately reflect actual property modifications. We do not guarantee architectural accuracy or feasibility of redesigns. Users should verify that generated content is appropriate before using it in property listings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pixly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Refunds

Consumed credits are non-refundable. If an AI generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but no prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
