You keep full ownership of the photos, floor plans and other files you upload. You give Pixly only the permission it needs to store and process them to produce your results.
What you create
Images, videos, floor plans and 3D worlds you generate are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use — property listings, portals, print, social media, ads and client presentations.
Free previews and paid results
The free staging preview carries a watermark and is there for trying Pixly out. Paid plans produce full-resolution results without a watermark.
How we use generated content
We do not use your images to train AI models. Pixly may use anonymized generated results to improve the service.
Other people's rights
Your license covers what Pixly creates. It can't give you rights you don't already have in the original photo — for example, a photographer's copyright in the shot you started from.
