Acceptable use

• Upload only photos you took, own, or have permission to use — for example from the property owner or the photographer.
• No illegal, abusive, sexual or violent content, and no images of people shared without their consent.
• No images that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

AI edits are for presenting a property, not for misrepresenting it.

• Don't use edits to hide defects or damage that a buyer or renter would want to know about.
• Don't present virtually staged, renovated or restyled images as the property's current condition. Label them — many portals and local rules require it.
• Don't create listings for properties that don't exist or aren't available.

• Don't access Pixly in unauthorized ways, probe its security or overload it.
• Use the API and the MCP connector with your own credentials and within reasonable limits.
• Don't resell or share access to your account without our written permission.

We may remove content, pause generations, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.
