  2. 02

Type your name or add a logo

Type your agency name or phone under Text, or click Choose logo for a logo — a PNG with a transparent background looks best. Set the Position, Size and Opacity; the preview updates as you go.

Click Watermark photos. One photo downloads as a JPG, several as one zip — all with the same mark in the same place.

Tips for a mark that looks professional

  • Keep it small and in a corner: it should sign the photo, not cover it.
  • Use a logo with a transparent background so it sits cleanly on any photo.
  • Lower the opacity a little on bright photos.
  • Do the whole listing in one go so every photo matches.

What to avoid

  • A large mark across the middle — portals may reject it and buyers dislike it.
  • Watermarks where the portal forbids them: check your listing site's rules first.
  • A logo on a white box: export it with a transparent background.
