Pixly Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Pixly affiliate program you agree to these terms, in addition to our standard Terms of Service. Joining requires an application; we review each one, typically within one business day, and may decline at our discretion.
1. Commissions
You earn 30% of what a referred customer actually pays us — after any discount, before our payment-processing fees — on payments made on pixly.app through our web checkout, for 12 months from the day they sign up. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are not commissionable, because Apple's fees and reporting don't allow us to attribute them. Refunded and charged-back payments earn no commission.
2. Tracking
We use a 60-day, last-click cookie. Attribution is fixed when the referred person creates their Pixly account and does not change afterwards. We make reasonable efforts to track accurately, but we can't guarantee attribution when cookies are blocked, cleared, or never reach us.
3. Payouts
A commission becomes payable 45 days after the payment it came from, once the refund window has closed. We pay monthly by PayPal once your payable balance reaches $25; anything below that rolls over to the next month. You need a PayPal account to be paid, and you're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
4. Fair play
Not allowed: referring yourself or accounts you control; bidding on "Pixly" or its misspellings in paid search; presenting yourself as Pixly or as speaking for us; spam; misleading claims about what the product does; and advertising coupons or discounts we haven't published. We may withhold commissions from, and close, accounts that break these rules.
5. Changes and ending your participation
Either of us can end your participation at any time. We may change rates or terms with 30 days' notice; commissions you've already earned are unaffected. If we close an account for fraud, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise we pay out any balance above the threshold on the normal schedule.
