Are these CAD tools really free?

Yes. Viewing, measuring, PDF, PNG and SVG downloads and tracing into the floor plan creator are free, with no account. Only the AI steps (reading a drawing into rooms, a 3D render) use credits.

Are my drawings uploaded?

No. The DWG or DXF is read in your browser and never leaves your device.

DWG from AutoCAD® 2000 to 2027 and DXF from R12 to 2018, text or binary, up to 50 MB.

Can I edit the drawing?

Not as CAD. You can view, measure and print it, and trace it into Pixly's floor plan creator, where the rooms, doors and furniture you draw over it are fully editable.
