Yes — on request, reviewed case by case. Credits for a failed generation come back on their own, within 24 hours at the latest. Two different things are often called a refund, so this page keeps them apart: credits returned when a generation fails, which is automatic, and money returned on a payment, which you ask for and we review. ## How credits work Pixly runs on one pooled credit balance. Every plan tops it up, credit packs add to the same balance, and every image or video you generate spends from it. There is no second wallet and no per-tool allowance to track — what you see in your account is what you have. ## Credits back when a generation fails You are not charged for work you did not get, and you do not have to ask. A failed job is settled automatically, and which path it takes depends on how far it got: - Failed before it reached the AI model — your credits are returned immediately and automatically. Nothing to claim. - Failed after the model started work — the job goes into a review queue and is refunded within 24 hours at the latest, sooner if we get to it first. You never wait longer than a day. - Refunded credits land back in the same balance and appear in your credit history next to the job they came from. ## Retries do not cost you twice When a generation fails for a reason worth another attempt, Pixly retries it for you — up to three attempts on the original charge. You are never asked to pay again for the same job. ## Money back on a payment Yes, we do refunds — they are requested, not automatic. Ask us and we look at your account and decide, and we tell you either way. The two cases we most often approve: - You paid but never really used it — the plan or credit pack is largely or entirely unspent. - You used it and the results were not good enough. Tell us which jobs disappointed you; we can see them. We review each request individually, so this is a real decision rather than a guarantee. Write from the address on the account, include the date and amount, and say briefly what went wrong. ## Subscriptions and renewals Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan and your remaining credits until the period you already paid for runs out. There is no fee to leave. ## Purchases made in the iPhone app Anything bought inside the Pixly iOS app — a plan or a credit pack — is billed by Apple, not by us. We cannot refund an Apple purchase even when we would like to; those requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Credits bought on Apple still land in the same pooled balance you use on the web. ## Questions about a charge Write to us with the date and amount you were charged: support@pixly.app ## Common questions ### Does Pixly offer refunds? Yes. Refunds are requested rather than automatic — you write to us, we look at the account and decide, and we answer either way. The cases we most often approve are a plan or credit pack you never really used, and results that were not good enough. Separately, credits for a failed generation come back on their own, with no request needed. ### Does Pixly charge me for a failed generation? No, and you do not have to ask. If the job never reached the AI model your credits come back instantly; if it failed after the model started, the refund is approved automatically within 24 hours at the latest. Refunded credits return to the same balance. ### How do I cancel my Pixly subscription? Cancel from your account settings on the web, or from your Apple subscription settings if you subscribed in the iPhone app. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep the plan and any remaining credits until the period you have already paid for ends. There is no fee to leave. ### Do unused Pixly credits expire? No. Credits sit in one pooled balance tied to your account and never expire. Unused plan credits carry over, up to 3 months' worth of your plan — for example 300 on Agent; once you reach that, no new plan credits are added until you use some. Credit packs don't count toward that limit. ### Is Pixly a legitimate company? Yes. Pixly is operated by Benipar Corp s.r.o. Billing runs through Stripe on the web and through Apple in the iPhone app, so card details are handled by them and never by us. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Pixly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Pixly is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that enables users to generate room redesigns, videos, and 3D worlds from property photos. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase subscriptions that include monthly credits. ## 3. Accounts You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. ## 4. Subscriptions & Payments - Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. - Each plan includes a fixed number of credits per billing period. Unused plan credits carry over, up to 3 months' worth of your plan; once you reach that, no new plan credits are added until you use some. Credits you already have are never taken away, and credits bought as packs do not count toward this limit. An active subscription is required to use credits: if your plan ends, your remaining credits are kept and become available again as soon as you subscribe. - You can purchase additional credits at any time at the same rate as your plan. - You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. - Prices may change with 30 days notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle. ## 5. Acceptable Use You may not: - Upload illegal, abusive, or offensive content - Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content - Attempt to access the Service in unauthorized ways or abuse the API - Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization - Upload images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights ## 6. Intellectual Property You retain ownership of images you upload. AI-generated content (redesigns, videos, 3D worlds) is licensed to you for unlimited commercial use. Pixly reserves the right to use anonymized generated content for service improvement purposes. ## 7. AI-Generated Content AI-generated results are approximations and may not accurately reflect actual property modifications. We do not guarantee architectural accuracy or feasibility of redesigns. Users should verify that generated content is appropriate before using it in property marketing. ## 8. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pixly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. ## 9. Refunds Consumed credits are non-refundable. If an AI generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but no prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period. ## 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. ## 11. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your email address and name. We also collect usage data such as images you upload for AI processing, style preferences, and generation metadata, along with information about how our website and apps are used and error reports, which help us keep them working and improve them. ## 2. Image Processing Images you upload are processed through third-party AI providers to generate redesigns, videos, and 3D worlds. Your original images and generated results are stored securely with our cloud storage provider. We do not use your images to train AI models. ## 4. Data Storage & Security Your account data and files are stored with our database and cloud storage providers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, or by Apple for purchases made in the iOS app — we do not store credit card numbers. We use HTTPS for all communications and token-based authentication to protect your account. ## 5. Your Rights You can access, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Deleting your account You can delete your Pixly account and everything in it at any time: We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records. - In the Pixly app for iPhone or Android: open Account and tap Delete account. We confirm and delete it within 30 days. - Deleting removes your account, your photos, videos and projects, and your remaining credits.
